Most ATS platforms were built around inbound CV processing. TalentPortal flips that — the candidate database is the asset, the job is a query against it, and the practitioner workflow is search-first.

    Practitioner builds query

    Senior practitioner builds a saved search against the index — sector, qualification, location, characteristics, engagement signals. Boolean, fuzzy, saved, alertable.

  3. Step 03

    Candidates surfaced

    Matching candidates surface in the workspace, ranked by composite signal score. Practitioner reviews, advances or rejects.

  4. Step 04

    Hand off to ATS
